See which deals need support
Every deal shows its CRM stage next to its evidenced stage, so pipeline reviews start with the deals where a rep could most use help.
Evidence-based deal guidance
A CRM stage is a judgment call. inkedGTM reads your team's calls, email and calendar, works out how far each buyer has really got, and helps the rep see what to do next.
Evidence says Discover CRM says Propose
Pain quantified
“We burn about 40 hours a week on this.”Dana Whitfield, VP Operations · call, Sep 24
Two buyers engaged
No decision maker identified
Decision process not described
No champion
In pencil
Stage, amount, close date, who the champion is. This is the rep's best read of the deal, made in the moment, usually with no time to write down why.
In ink
They described the problem, put a number on it, brought in a second person, named who signs. Each one is tied to the sentence where they said it.
inkedGTM keeps the two side by side and shows each rep where the gap is, deal by deal.
How it works
Your CRM, calendar, email and meeting transcripts. inkedGTM doesn't record calls. It reads the transcripts your tools already produce.
Each call and email is read for specific signals: pain, impact, urgency, who decides, how they buy. A signal without a quote from the source is thrown away.
A stage counts only when the buyer has done what that stage requires. Something the seller said never counts as buyer evidence.
Anything time-sensitive arrives in Slack straight away. Everything else comes in one morning digest.
For reps
Each message names the deal, shows what the buyer hasn't done yet, and suggests a next step. The rep decides what to do with it: acknowledge it, dismiss it with a reason, ask for a drafted follow-up, or open the evidence.

Halcyon Freight: CRM says Propose; evidence says Discover
Still open: no decision maker identified; decision process not described; no champion.
Suggested next step: Ask Dana who signs off, and what happens between a yes and a signature.
For managers
Every deal shows its CRM stage next to its evidenced stage, so pipeline reviews start with the deals where a rep could most use help.
Momentum, coverage, engagement and risk, each listing the facts behind it. If a deal scores 42, you can see why.
Talk ratio, discovery habits and next-step discipline go to the rep privately. Managers see team trends unless a rep chooses to share.
Your data
Each score, flag and insight traces back to the sentence, email or event it came from.
inkedGTM never overwrites a rep's fields. Writing back is opt-in, and only to its own fields.
Card numbers, bank details and health information are removed before text reaches a model.
Transcripts and email bodies are deleted after 90 days by default. You set the number.
View the same evidence as MEDDPICC, BANT or SPICED. Your CRM stages map onto one buyer-centred lifecycle.
Defaults are tuned for SMB and mid-market teams: 30 to 60 day cycles, two to five buyers per deal.
